Profile: The mysterious and enigmatic Lio Convoy is esteemed by his peers as one of very few Maximals who still do things with honesty and bravery. He is more than capable as a leader, a fact not ignored by the Maximal Imperium. He has been given missions that keep him at arms length so they can watch him. Little is known of Lio Convoy prior to his service in the events that led up to the Pax Cybertronia, the treaty that keeps the Predacons in check. Some even speculate that he is the greatest leader of all time, Optimus Prime, come back in secret. He is sometimes called Leo Prime in reference to this belief. Lio Convoy has been secretly training a squad to combat the Predacons should they rise against the Pax Cybertronia. Without Lio Convoy's ceaseless watch, many catastrophes could have occurred. One of his best soldiers, Razorbeast, infiltrated Magmatron's secret army and attempted to thwart his plans for prehistoric Earth. Lio Convoy and Apache, his most trusted soldier, would routinely patrol Cybertron and the surrounding area in search of suspicious activity. One of these patrols led to the important battles on Gaia. He has even led his "Pack" to prehistoric Earth following Razorbeast's emergency beacon. The Imperium is concerned about Lio Convoy and his constant disagreements about the Predacons and the Pax Cybertronia. They try to limit his resources, but has many followers who also disagree with the Imperium. In fact, were it not for Lio Convoy's bravery, the Predacons may not have signed the Pax Cybertronia and the Maximal Imperium may have vanished.

Abilities: A natural leader, he is able to draw followers, as well as challenge his opponents. He is extremely intelligent and highly motivated, taking precautionary steps well in advance of possible need. Lio Convoy has a harsh military side as well as a humane gentleness. He also has a mysterious affinity for the natural world displayed on planet Gaia.

Weaknesses: Lio Convoy possesses no real weakness physically. However, he can become absorbed in the link he seems to share with nature.
