I'm not surprised when they say, "certain Vehicon Generals still doubt he really exists!"  I would too, if I were them!  Battle Unicorn didn't make any appearances in Beast Machines shows or special comics.  Considering his, um, "interesting" name, I have my doubts about if he'll ever be seen, heard or ever even mentioned in any facet of the Transformers Universe.  Unfortunate considering that this turned out to be a pretty well made toy.
